Hi… I’m Crystal
I’m passionate about creating spaces where working and stay-at-home moms can feel supported while prioritizing their own well-being so they can flourish and bring their best selves to every aspect of their lives.
Motherhood is a wild ride – one that probably looks a lot different from what you envisioned pre-kids, am I right? Despite your best intentions, it’s easy to get so caught up in caring for your little ones that you lose a bit of yourself along the way.
But what if you’re not lost at all, you’re just stepping into an amazing new chapter?
I’m here to inspire you to reconnect with yourself beyond motherhood. To find space for yourself without the mom guilt. I do this through speaking, podcasting and hosting events for moms looking to gather in community (without the kiddos).
Because here’s the thing: I realized I’m a better mom when I’m not fully consumed by motherhood (and I bet you are, too).

The Team Crew Podcast is the brainchild of me (Crystal) and my husband (Mathew). (See what we did there?). We’re both passionate about bringing the best of ourselves to whatever we do. In our busy lives, this is often much easier said than done.
We're here to share a glimpse into our real day-to-day while offering a safe space, and (hopefully) inspiring aha moments that connect to your best-self journey through humour, honesty, and heart.
